Hi, I am a 54 yr.old woman from Panama City, FL. and just started the fitbit, I really like it! Do you have any tips or ideas on weightloss? Thanks Jezabell

The most obvious is "Calories in, calories out". Create enough of a deficiency to make a difference. Keep moving. I like to compete with myself... see if I can get more steps today than I did yesterday and when I don't I just start all over again.

Hi 🙂 I'll be your fitbit friend. I am 32 but in some ways I feel both older and younger than my age 🙂 I sent you a PM. 🙂
