Click on their community profile, then on their Fitbit profile (yes, I know it’s a bit confusing we’re having two separate profiles) and you’ll see an Add Friend button:

If you have a smart phone, check out the community feeds on the app. You will find a ton of folks on there to send friend requests to. And its easier on the phone, just click on their profile picture and follow the prompts. If nothing else, its a fun place to hang out..

I so wish that feature was available outside the USA. I am a bit envy at the American FitBitters about it 😉 .
