How can I improve stamina when Jogging?

I'm new here too. Other than keep doing it and your stamina will increase. When I first started running I would walk for a period of time (say 3 minutes) then run for 1 minute. As my stamina increased, the walking time shortened and the running time lengthened.

you keep doing it. do either longer first or faster- but push yourself with each run
