Don't focus on weight alone, focus on dropping body fat while getting stronger by exercising increasing muscle mass, your tummy getting smaller, looking more toned possible that weight loss from body fat has been compensated by increase in muscle mass. Weight can stay the same this way but being leaner.
It's about changing body composition by exercising and changing food habits gradually by aiming to eat nutrition rich foods mainly when feeling hungry until feeling comfortable satisfied.
Meanwhile try listening to your body when it's needing nourishment or when it's still satisfied regardless of the time. If it's dinner and not yet hungry, not eaten much yet, possible to take a smaller portion instead to enjoy eating with family.. and allow to have more when your body is asking for more.
When feeling needing to force feed your precious body, don't and nourish later when it's ready to have more.
It's possible to log food, don't force to eat more even if there's calories left to eat and feeling eaten enough / not hungry.
Your body can be perfectly satisfied with less calories overall as long the calories come from nutrition rich foods provided by nature as minimal as processed (fruits, vegetables, eggs, meat, fish..).
These contain less calories overall than cookies.. Though feeling satisfied longer automatically decreasing calorie intake. Even if eaten until comfortable satisfied, it's tough to overeat on those foods.
Exercising can decrease hunger for a while, not needing to eat instantly after if not hungry yet. Make sure to have healthy foods in case hunger comes to prevent eating higher calorie foods like cookies first.. and give your body the foods / nutrients nature intends to have instead first.
A cookie once in a while or favourite piece of food is okay to have, everything with moderation.
Enjoy
