Option to track weight moved

Would it be possible to get an option to track weight moved when tracking strength training? My heart is "incredibly efficient" when I'm working out (especially compared to when I'm resting...but that's a whole other can of worms), so my heart rate doesn't elevate in a "typical" way when I'm doing strength training, despite moving what the new AI called "significant weight". Because my heart rate isn't going up, my calorie burn is being underestimated by probably quite a bit. To quote the AI coach: "Your body is incredibly efficient at moving significant weight without the "typical" cardiovascular strain. This is remarkable but makes standard metrics less applicable."

This could be countered, or at least balanced out a bit, by adding an option to include "Total weight moved" to strength training. It's not perfect, sure, but it would present a more accurate trend for others like me, whose heart rate doesn't react normally to the strain of lifting.
