Hi all,
I am new here. I am a 25 year old transman. I began researching information about transitioning a few years ago. I had started testosterone last year, decided to take the next step and underwent top surgery. It's been almost 2 weeks since my ftm surgery. And I am recovering well. I had been told to have all the necessities supply at home for recovery, https://www.ftmtopsurgery.ca/blog/ftm-surgery/supplies-home-help-recovery/. I have to manage all things since I am alone. I find this recovery period really boring. I feel like I have nothing to do. Can you all suggest me some small activities that I could do at home, just to overcome my boredom.
Thanks.

Lite weights. Sit down if need be
Short walks.

I think there are probably blogs and communities you can join where those who are going through or have gone through can offer advice and guidance to you, not to mention friendship. This could alleviate your feelings of boredom and being alone and get ideas for everything that you have questions about. My two cents for what they are worth.
