Points vs Friends

Question regarding the “friends” tab in the Fitbit app. I have one friend on there and we wanted to have a little friendly competition based on the points under our names.

Only thing is neither of us know how the points add up.

They vary, move up and down throughout the day, and usually hover around 50,000.

Anyone have any idea? I tried googling and was going in circles about older Fitbit competition processes

Hi @yaktiswan   I moved your post to the Get Moving forum, the best available fit for your question.  They aren't points.  It is your step count for the last seven days.  You might see it change during the day, depending on how often you sync.  But it resets every day.  You will increase that number by taking more steps per day.

Fitbit no longer has challenges among friends.
