Possible to create a ‘walking workout’ using Fitbit interval timer?

ANSWERED

I walk my dog for 1.5 - 2hrs a day and would like to try incorporating some body weight exercises into the walk rather than have to find time to do a separate workout every day.
Eg Walk for 3 mins, do 10 squats, walk for 3 mins, do 20 burpees etc.

I'm fairly new to Fitbit but think I could set the interval timer to remind me when it’s time to do the next exercise and use an existing interval training programme as basis for the exercises I do each day.

Does anyone know of a walking/training programme like this?

Or can recommend an intervals programme I could follow to suggest the exercises?

Hope that makes sense!

That sounds like a great idea @Laurel456. I assume you are talking about setting up an exercise shortcut to the "Interval Workout." You can set up the intervals in the app. Maybe "move" for 30 seconds while you do your exercise and your dog watches, or jumps up and down, and then walk the dog for a 3 minute 'rest' period. Repeat 10x. I don't think you can change the labels (move and rest) when you set up the intervals, but you can do whatever during each exercise period after you start the Interval Workout on your fitbit.
