This is my first post, so hello, and I apologize if I'm not posting this question in the right place.
I've used various FitBits for a long time, but I just purchased Premium in the hopes that I'd get specific goals and action items to take to up my activity. I set up the "Premium Trainer", and after the setup process I didn't get any direction, only a new tile on my dashboard: a sneaker icon that showed a daily calorie burn goal of 1,500 calories. My usual calorie burn in a day ranges from 2,500-3,500, so this goal is very low for me.
Is there a "how-to" on the trainer feature that I missed? Did I incorrectly set up the trainer? Does the trainer function ever give you specific direction on how to increase activity?
