Can you see the correct date and time on your Luxe? If not, this could be due to a problem with the synchronization or pairing of your Luxe.

Which Fitbit device are you using?
When you did your walk, was your arm with the Fitbit swinging freely? Fitbit devices use arm movement as part of step tracking.

Hi thx for the reply. yes to arm swing. I have a Luxe and am also not able to reset the date.

Hi I have a Luxe that is a few years old now.
I was late paying my premium and haven’t been able to update my phone ie the date or time.
Thanks for any help you can give me.

After the pixel watch update in Friday steps are not counting in exercise, I normally get 2k steps at the gym whilst in the wight training feature now my steps are blank for the duration my watch is in the exercise feature, I have reset the watch but it's still not working, when I tried to add manually it give you the cardio for a walk but not the steps I don't want extra cardio, this adds to my total step count of 10k so annoying.
