I'm finding working two jobs doesnt give me a lot of time to devote to workouts, I try to take short walks when i get home or after dinner but it just doenst feel active enough, or Im too tired to mentally motivate myself to do it. I do get a lot of short peroids 5, 10, 15 minutes long throughout the day that I could do be doing something to be more active i just dont know what. What are some really quick "burst" type exercises I could do to fill those short gaps and up my daily activity level? Anything that doubles as strength, toning, or posture improving exercises are bonus' in my book. I already have this "arm workout" I found on pinterest that I like to squeeze in at least once a day (http://losing-every-extra-pound.tumblr.com/post/24482567752/sexy-arms-in-6-weeks-if-youre-just-start... It's quick and I can feel it in my muscles when I'm done which is very satisfying, so I would love to just build a little cache of exercises like that I can pull out when I've got a minute and some extra energy to burn.

Quicky exercises. I hit the stairs when I can. Even if its just a quick 5 minute run. I have a counter I do forward leaning push ups, just enough to give the arms a little push. I used to use one of those balls for a chair. Supposed to be good for the core and you get steps for your bounces. I actually quit my part time job and got a new part time job at the airport tossing bags. Work 12 hours a week, get a little exercise, and get free flights for the family to anywhere in the world. Doesn't pay alot but keeps me active.
