Recent exercise

Is there any way to log exercise for the day before? Yesterday was the second time I have realized to late that I did not log the time I was at the pool where I can not wear my Fitbit. But that was the hardest exercise I did all day. I would like to keep track of "Other" exercise times.

Sure. For many days in the past actually.

Create a Workout Record.

Enter the start/duration time, what the exercise was, pace/speed/intensity - left Fitbit estimate the calorie burn.

Enjoy eating more today to make up for the lack yesterday to aid recovery - if it was really a hard workout.

How do I create a Workout Record? Where? I have tried doing it in the normal box & just changing the date but it will not work. Just puts it in the "Today's" date.

I don't use the app because I don't require all day updates of steps and calories to show just how sedentary I know I am.

So from the web account - Log - Activities - Log Activities section - I have swimming icon right there - click on.

There's the date that can be changed to anything.

Have you tried logging it in the app this way? Here are some screen shots that may help:
