I'm refocusing on my health and getting things back on track. Once I'm released from the doctor I will be resuming my workouts I recently had Foot Surgery and need it to heal before I can put full weight on it. I've changed how I eat and what I drink I was a heavy soda drinker and now I'm doing just water and sugar free drink mixes to put into my bottle water that has helped me a tone not wanting soda. Please feel free to add me as a friend and if you do please dont ask if I'm married or dont ask questions that are personal.
Sounds like you have implemented many positive changes already 😊 Nothing is more important than our health.
I sent you a friend request 🙂
Best AnswerWelcome to the world of getting back on track to health again, @dazzlenails42! It sounds like you're already making positive changes to your health with your eating and drinking! Have you thought about doing exercises that don't need you to be on your feet, like sit-ups and leg raises and planks and stuff like that?
Keep making small changes, one at a time and you'll get there before you know it!
