Rock climbing

ANSWERED

Rock climbing is my major workout for the day, but I am not sure how accurate Surge is tracking calories burned. Does anyone have any advice as to what exercise mode to use, none whatsover, log it as aditional activity? How do you avoid over-estimating?

It's possible to use the 'workout' exercise on the Surge, this tracks your heart rate, total duration. Make sure in the tracker settings (on the tracker) that heart is turned to 'on' or 'automatic', using automatic saves battery though, when exercising the heart rate is constantly tracked rather than every x seconds.

Heart rate is taken into account for a more accurate estimation of calories burned.
