I’m not able to stand or walk. So I exercise sitting in a chair and exercising my arms. So I know my step count on the Ionic is not right; it counts hundreds of steps from arm exercises.
But what about calories used? Is that info on my Ionic accurate?

Best AnswerThanks for your reply. I was thinking like you. It’s the weight part of that formula that has me stumped. Fitbit knows my standing weight, but I’m seated.

@Enbleu: you posted the same question twice, to the Eat Well forum and to this forum (Get Moving). I merged them on this one (since it’s more related to getting moving than eating well). Please refrain from crossposting, as recommended in the Community Guidelines (under Use good network etiquette).
