@SunsetRunner  I needed to hear that. Sunday I declared a pajama day and rested so much and stepped so little. At first, I felt guilty for not doing more, but there are days we just need to put the proverbial brakes on and refresh. Monday I woke up with a bit more energy and decided not to push myself, but to do my best. Sometimes we need to remember that no matter how the dishwasher is loaded, it still gets the dishes clean, right?

Thank you for sharing that, @SunsetRunner! Very inspiring words.

I try to practice this for the days when I'm really tired or have some back pain, but 10 minutes of walking is better than 0.  😁

Welcome to the forums @TinaBerry ! This is a great community and there is a wide variety of users. From posts I've read, we have young teens using the devices and we have those in their eighties. Some people are in a wheelchair or use a walker and others are training for marathons while some people just count their daily steps for the fun of it. @SunsetRunner really did share some wisdom and it's helped me remember the race isn't won by the hare, but by the tortoise! Glad you're with us.

It's not about how fast you get there but how long you stay and kept pushing!!!

I totally agree, you should not stand still, you should always move towards something more so that you always have a goal to achieve.
