If anyone is near to Troy, Michigan and would like to get some extra steps in, there will be a fun run/walk through White Chapel Cemetery Park on 9/11/16 to benefit the Michigan Wounded and Returning Warriors Project. Website link

    https://thepatriotsrace.com/ I walked the entire outer rim of the park last weekend and got 10,000 steps
