Non-Step Day

Today was the first Step-Free Day I have had since I first go a Fitbit tracker. It is so unusual to look at the the tracker stats and see that I haven't moved all day.  I had to work on the truck today to get it ready for an upcoming RV trip, and since impact wrenches, hammers, and grease don't go with devices like fitness trackers & watches, I left my Charge 2 in the house when I went out to work.  So, none of my activity got counted.  If only the Fitbit knew how hard I worked all day!  Ha!

There have been times where I have tied my fitbit to my ankle (bicycling) because when I bike, it does not count the steps. I love to bike, so if I did not do that, I would not get my steps in. Sometimes I get a burn on my wrist and rotating it around helps to prevent the burn.

We're heading to the mountains of North Carolina this time, @WendyB. There are parts of NC we haven't seen yet, and we're going to fix that!  Smiley Happy
