Setting hourly goals

Will we ever have the ability to have a range of hours to set goals for more than 14 hours? With the way my hours change my days start either 4 hours earlier or finish an hour later. So far this week since I have had my versa since Tuesday ( replaced my 5 yr old one). I have lost hours being counted from this.
