Slendertone, are they worth it?

Ok, I used to weigh in at 420 lbs, after a year of a hard diet i'm around 284 lbs, I weigh too much toi safely do sit up exercise, I tried to perform situps and crunches for about 3 weeks but i screwed by backup so much that I was finding it hard to perform my 10 mile walks.

With all the weight i have lost i look like i have another scrotum hanging from my abdomen, so i'm looking for a way to tone my core area.

Will this work? or is it just a money sink?

Personally I think you would be throwing your money away.

Congrats on the weight loss.

I agree.  Your problem isn't a lack of abs, it's an abundance of excess skin.  Nothing will cure it besides time and/or surgery.

Good job on the loss!

I agree, waste of money. 10 mile walks? Thats impressive! situps are overrated too (especially if they're injuring you). I would focus on the walking and the losing weight with healthy diet.
