Soccer Specific

Hey All, 

 

Just wondering if there are any Soccer/Futbol athletes out there that would like to share training/diet regimes or where they find their workouts. Constantly looking for mobility work, cardio, and weight training workouts to add to my routine. Let me know if there are any good sites/videos/programs that you'd recommend. Given that its Jan, and off season for me, I am focusing on weight training for lower body 2 times a week, weight training for upper body 2 times a week, cardio 5 days a week, and mobility 1 time a week. I'm playing pick up games twice a week. I'm also adding 15-20 mins of technical work with the ball after my cardio sessions. I would love to share more specifics if anybody is interested.
