Dear All,
i am preparing the spartan race DXB, i am training everyday in different way..
i am doing like tabata circuit, or sometimes, like excerccise than 200mt sprint, again excercise for 25 times, to the limit of 5km.
So witch one is the best way to track them?
Workout?
Bootcamp?
Circuit training?

@byloom I hope you're doing well! It's so awesome that you are going to be part of that race. I will totally recommend you to track the tabata circuits as bootcamp on your Surge. If you are going to do sprints, then use the "Run" feature on your Surge. There are different kinds of runs to select from on that option.
Try tracking them using those features and let me and the community know how it goes! ![]()
