This topic’s gonna focus a lot on calories. With that, I’d like everyone to share about how they’re doing in that aspect. There are also 3 rules:
1. Please don’t share you weight. Sure, you want tell everyone about your goals, but women don’t really like sharing personal info like that, so be respectful to them too.
2. When sharing posts, don’t cuss at anyone or anything by all means. I don’t think it’s good to do since I’m family-friendly. Make sure to keep it all PG. I have a couple of mental conditions, so PLEASE don’t taunt me.
3. Mentioning anything like a recipe or another metric that has to do with food is OK, just don’t be off topic or do anything inappropriate. The next second I’m online and check my feed, if something’s inappropriate I’ll IMMEDIATELY report you. Either follow the rules or don’t be in this topic at all.
