Starting to Move

I have owned my Fitbit Charger 3 for a couple of months. I'm proud to say that I finally hit 10,000 steps. I know it may not seems much to some but to me... it's a wonderful feeling! I have MS so moving my body can be painful but I'm fighting this with everything that is in me. GO ME! 🙂

@SunsetRunner  as a person who is familiar with MS symptoms (family, friends).. Grace you are amazing. Keep doing what you are doing... it is hard, but worth the feeling of accomplishment for sure.

I can understand your struggles. My mother had ms and I struggle with lupus, plus just having a bad fall and ending up with a hip replacement. We just have to do our best and keep as active as we can. Good luck.
