Steps going backwards

Just today when syncing with the app I noticed my steps going backwards. I searched a little bit and don’t see anything too recent. Has this happened to anyone else? I deleted and redownloaded the app and it’s still happening. Any ideas? I have a Luxe.

Hello @nivaar

Are you seeing less steps on your Luxe or in the Fitbit app or both?

I know there's an issue with step syncing between some Fitbit devices and the app, which is being worked on.

BTW, are you an Android or iOS user?

I sometimes see this because I use my iPhone as a device along with my Inspire 3. If you've got your phone set as a device try removing it so only your fitbit steps are being counted. (If the fitbit app sees steps coming from both your phone and your Fitbit for the same time period, it only uses the steps that come from the Fitbit, but you may see steps going backward depending on which syncs first).
