Strap

Hi my Fitbit charge 2 strap keeps breaking. I have tried to fill in a claim

form as it’s under warranty. I live in Ireland and it won’t recognise my  postcode as a zip code what do I do to overcome this issue

Hi, @Deebee89 , if your band is under warranty you should simply get in touch with Fitbit Customer Service directly under contact.fitbit.com.  They will take it from there.
