What are you trying to do? Gain weight, lose weight?
For either answer, its always going to be about your food and exercise. Based on your profile picture, I'm sure the Navy has some programs that they like to use. I went to this website in particular: http://www.military.com/fitness-center/military-fitness/workouts/archive
It helps me balance what I try to do, namely losing body fat so I can do well on my physical fitness tests but not lose my functional strength for things like foot marches. Hope this helps!

Yes it really depends on what you are trying to do Lose or Gain?
Losing is all about what you eat. Try to stay away from a lot of processed food. Frozen dinners, soups, etc. Try to make your own as much as possible.
But you really need to give us more info to help you

Congrats on the 90 lbs, that's a great feat. I am in the same boat as you are. I've been eating smaller meals about every 3 hours, totaling up to 5 or 6 meals a day. High in protein, eating good and useful carbs (fruits, veggies, wholw wheat bread and pasta instead of processed flours) and limited fats.
Again, I try and follow an eating plan close to these two: http://www.military.com/military-fitness/nutrition/get-lean-diet and http://www.military.com/military-fitness/nutrition/three-hour-diet.
My staples are egg whites, non-fat greek yogurt (plain or vanilla), turkey and chicken breasts, veggies and fruit (usually only two pieces a day since fuit is high in sugar). I will also give myself a "cheat meal/day" once a week. So I usually will remain constant as I drop over the week and go up a little on weekends. I would suggest prepping your meals for the week, so you know you are eating good foods. I'd also carry a journal around and log what you eat and drink. Juice and alcohol are real kickers when it comes to losing weight, since you don't really think about them.
Lastly, you need to do lots of cardio. I love lifting weights, which builds muscle mass, but it doesn't necessarily burn fat. There are guys who are obese but can bench 500 lbs. Running, swimming and biking are awesome. I run the most for my pt tests, but the swimming and biking works different muscles and helps prevent injury.
