Best AnswerI have resumed T-Tapp upon starting FitBit one week ago. Doing Basic Plus before work each AM. I love T-Tapp! Learning Sr Fit too. The forums help with calories. I log it into fitbit as calesthenics. Only lost 1 lb this week, but surprised to see inches lost, mostly .25-.5 each spot---attribute that to T-Tapp.
