(5) write “short” daily reviews

Good idea. I have trouble going without a healthy snack in between meals though. What if you included some fresh fruit/veggie in between meals? I read that you shouldn't allow yourself to get hungry. Maybe you don't struggle with that though like I do 🙂

Hey @sm27! I think eating between meals is fine if you can keep an handle on it! I have been struggling with eating ALL DAY LONG like life is one big buffet. Maybe because we are moving and I have convinced myself that I will starve to death. But really, there is food everywhere in America. No worries there. So yeah, finding your own eating pattern is probably a good way to go. I am just trying something new and it seems to be working for me!
