Fir the third night this week I looked at my FitBit and was within 15 minutes of Midnight (California) and time to hit the next 1,000 step milestone or get the "last" 10 flights of stairs in.
Nothing super special but enough to push over the top on the stats and feel a bit better about the day before I fall asleep. The steps were to 20K and the stairs were to 25 or 50 so it is not like I did not have a good day. Just a little calorie free "icing on the cake" ..... what are you guys doing or am I the only nutcase in this obsession? 🙂 🙂

You're doing so well 😄 haha. Fitness and fitbit are definately obssesions of mine, too!

When I go home I look at my wife's Charge in the table and she always has more steps. Sometimes I take the dog out just to catch up.
