Did you mean:

They should call them zone points instead of minutes

ANSWERED

I did a 45 minute workout this evening and got 97 zone minutes. After looking at the explanation again about zone minutes, I saw that you get 1 minute per light or moderate heart zones, and two per vigorous and peak zones. I was primarily in vigorous and peak for the 45 minutes, so I got nearly 100 more minutes. I feel like they should call them zone points, instead of zone minutes!

Hello @piramm and welcome to the Community.  I believe Fitbit made this decision to be consistent with CDC and WHO recommendations for physical activity.  The CDC recommends a minimum of 150 minutes per week of moderate activity or 75 minutes per week of vigorous activity or some combination of the two.
