Wanted to post another tip, I'm 75lbs. down and having success. This is what I did today:
I was going to the pool today and decided to park 1-1.5 miles away and walk. I talk myseld into doing this because I know I'll have to walk BACK! I also know I'm usually invigorated after a work-out, and I also get bored walking the same route back. I walked a longer route back...closer to 2 miles.
So I did an Hour excercising in the pool(no miles or steps credit) AND got close to 4 miles walking in. It's 1pm. Gee...think I can meet my 5-mile goal today?!
You guys can do this!
