Tracking Exercises

Hello All,

I just purchased resistance bands and using them while working on lower body. Since "resistance bands" are not in the tracking options, what should I use to replace it that would be the closest and most accurate? Any help would be appreciated.

Resistance bands are used instead of free weights or weight machines to basically achieve the same results while allowing the user to only work the target muscle groups as hard as they want to or are able to at the time of exercise.  Maybe weight training would be the closest activity.  Would any physical therapists care to "weigh in?"
