Training tool, Rusko Test

Hello, there is a test in exercise physiology called the Rusko Test. This test effectively can give you a pretty good estimate of how well rested and recovered your body is. The test has you lay flat, relax and comfortable for -10 minutes, then you stand up and stay standing for two minutes. The test looks at your heart rate and how it responds. There would need to be a way to display the results in your Fitbit app via a graph. This test can be useful especially for training athletes but also for the general public alike. Trends can be seen and give insight into sickness statuses or overtraining.
