Transform30... YOU can do this.

Hello Everyone ...

There are two types of people in the world. Those that start the year dreaming of a lifestyle change... and those that have a plan for change.

So here are the things I plan to say yes to next year…

1. JuicePlus+ Complete (power shake) and JuicePlus+ Premium (capsules). Combining these to support my transformation
2. Drinking enough pure water a day to ensure my urine remains clear
3. Do 30-60 minutes of moderate exercise at least four days a week
4. NO WHEAT - The benefits to getting off of wheat are enormous
5. ZERO DAIRY – This will be difficult…. LOVESSSS my ice cream
6. Taking time to BREATH - Complete deep breathing exercises three times per day for 3 minutes for relaxation
7. Sleep – another difficult one for me
8. Eating my last meal by 6:00 pm. This will allow my body to rest and digest properly

Do you want to do the same... let me know

Love your plan for the new year but as they say all the best laid plans...... Just remember on the hot summers day when you fall off the ice cream wagon its ok. they do make a soy ice cream lol not as good but its not dairy. Saying all that I am going to steal the water idea. 🙂 Any way thank you for the burst of ambition.

Drinking more water is a good start. This is a recommendation I have seem in a few sources. Take your body weight and divide by 2. That is the recommended amount of water you should be drinking in ounces. Divide that number by 8 will show you how many 8oz glasses per day. 180lbs / 2 = 90oz. 90/8= glasses per day. I drink from water 16.9oz water bottles. 90 / 16.9 = 5 bottles. Get that first drink of water when you wake up in the morning. I drink my first bottle when the alarm goes off in the morning. Keep a bottle on your night stand.

Hi....

You're right. It does seem like a lot. I think most people have been conditioned to think that 64oz is the magic number but that may not be true. One size does not fit all (gender, weight, height, and other factors). Using the weight method takes the individual size into consideration.  Looking at the 180lb example I used, half the body weight method is only 3 glasses more, 64oz vs. 90oz.  There is no exact science to this. The goal, regardless which method used, is to drink enough water so the urine will clear.

Good luck on reaching all your goals.

One Simple Change into your routine! Maybe you are already thinking of habits you want to change/include in your life. GREAT! Write it down. Maybe you don't know where to start... Here's some suggestions:

Drink less soft drinks; Drink at least 64 oz. of water; Join an exercise class; Reduce sugar intake; Eat more raw veggies; Add a large salad each day; Add kale to your smoothie; Stretch for 10 minutes every day; Cook more meals at home; Eat your last meal before 7pm; Eat less after dinner; Sleep for 8 hours every night.

Remember the rule of 2: Eat twice as often; Chew twice as long; Eat half as much

So you're basically a JuicePlus+ representative and you would like to sell it to us? If so, you could disclose your vested interest beforehand.

Most of the above makes sense, except the timing of your last meal. For most people, it doesn't really matter, or there are far more important factors (see http://www.precisionnutrition.com/nutrient-timing ).

Thanks for your input, always good to hear other people's views.

We both agree... "We’re all unique. There’s no one-size-fits all rule".

As your link recommended... "Follow your evidence. Track your experience. Do what works — measurably — for you.  Flow with your natural inclination, and where your own self-experimentation takes you."

Again,,, Thanks
