Turn off the cardio load alerts!

I cannot be the only one suffering with this. The cardio load notifications that pop up in the app have not only been unhelpful when I did follow them, they’ve contributed to further disordered thinking about my rest days and activity levels. For three days in a row I’m getting nagged that I’m overtraining and need to rest, then when I finally take a rest day, it tells me I’m at risk of under training. What the actual hell. I thought it would go away when I removed the cardio load feature but no. I’ve been actively trying to ignore it but fear for the many other people who may not realize how psychologically damaging the feature may be. This feature is obviously not even accurate let alone helpful if followed. Fitbit, you’re better than this. This needs to go! Please let me know how you turn this feature off once and for all.

Hello @rachsalad

There currently isn't a way to turn off the Cardio Load notifications. Please consider adding your vote & comments to this feature request in the Product Feedback forum to allow users to move/delete the Cardio Load prompt in the Fitbit app  (<-- click link).

One option that some users are doing is deleting their Cardio Load data in the Fitbit app. This temporarily turns off the Cardio Load prompt when the data is deleted. This method requires periodic Cardio Load data deletion about once a week to prevent the algorithm from acquiring the necessary data to re-establish the Cardio Load. If you want to give this a try, this help page has the steps to delete the Cardio Load data (<-- click link)
