Undertraining vs Overtraining

My Fitbit app alternates on a nearly daily basis that I am either undertraining or overtraining. This can’t be right? Yesterday I was told I was at risk of overtraining, so I did a light bike ride. Today I’m at risk of under training and my cardio target load is high. Why is this?

Hi @JShaw1.  I moved your post to the Get Moving forum, a better fit for this topic.  I don't get it, either.  This feature is supposed to look at your last seven days of training, compared to the last few weeks.  I stopped looking at that part of the Cardio Load and listen to my body.
