Being a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach for over 26 years I have learned through experience that most people start the fall off with good intensions but come Thanksgiving they begin to ignore their activity and nutrition goals thinking they will start again in the New Year. WHY? This is the most important time to get and stay on track. Don't let Thanksgiving, Halloween & Holiday Parties be an excuse to check out of eating healthy and staying active. Finish the year with a BANG!
