Im hoping this is the right forum to ask this question.
1.) How do I add/track my daily vitamins taken? I dont remember seeing any option to add it to my daily
food list.
Right now im taking the GNC Men's Ripped Vitapak for weightloss. And cant seem to be able to add it.

I googled the product and I guess it’s this one. Looks like an expensive proprietary mix of unknown ingredients:
Several high-quality formulas in one convenient pack for maximum training support to help support a lean, ripped physique.
Mega Men® Sport
This powerful, clinically studied sports multivitamin formula includes critical components to fill nutrient gaps common in athletic men.*
CLA
4000 mg of CLA clinically shown to support healthy body composition and help maintain lean muscles.*
Thermo Ignited 12x
This exact blend has been clinically shown to help you burn 12 times more calories and increase metabolism before, during and after exercise.*
Waterex™
An herb-based, water balance formula designed to help regulate excess water.*
Frankly, I wouldn’t base my weight loss on it. Weight loss is very simple: all you have to do is manage to be in a caloric deficit (eat less than you expend) for some period of time. Eat enough veggies, fruits, meat, fish and other minimally processed food and you won’t need anything to "fill nutrient gaps common in athletic men". If needed, take a multivitamin and that should be sufficient. Lift weights and eat enough protein and you will "maintain lean muscles". If you feel CLA (the only identified component in their proprietary formula, btw) is absolutely needed, buy the stuff separately. I’ve seen it in the product range of my protein powder supplier, but never bothered with it. As a benefit, they say "Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA) can be found in dairy or meat sources however these sources contain added unwanted calories; the supplement form eradicates the waste." OK, even when dieting, I eat both meat and dairy, so I have no use for CLA supplementation. As to "Thermo Ignited 12x" that is claimed to "burn 12 times more calories and increase metabolism before, during and after exercise": if eating a magic pill (sorry, "supplement") could really do this, everyone would be watching Netflix on their couch while enjoying being lean.
Sorry for commenting on the supplement, which was not your original question. Regarding vitamin tracking: Fitbit doesn’t do that AFAIK. If this is something you feel is essential for you, you should consider a third-party service that will let you do this. Even MyFitnessPal (which is more versatile than Fitbit for food tracking) only does this via a workaround.

I learned about this item through a friend at work. And I have been taking it as well. So far I have dropped a few more pounds and the belly fat is going away. Im not sure if this supplement/vitamin is helping. But something is working.
Guess I should look into closer myself.

Congrats for your weight loss and shrinking belly! The vitamins you took probably didn’t do any harm, but the weight loss was primarily caused by the caloric deficit you were able to create (whether by increased exercise, lowered intake, or both). Regardless of what you intend to do with the supplement/vitamins, it would be more important (from the weight loss point of view) to log calories and macronutrients than vitamins.

This is what works for me to track vitamins/supplements.
I take a multivitamin as well as a fish oil product and a couple of other supplements, and I like to keep track of these in the calorie tracker -- I'm using the one here on Fitbit but it's basically the same with MyFitnessPal or any of the others that I've tried. I'll describe the steps on Fitbit.
Go to the log and fill in the name of what you're looking for under What Did You Eat? A list will come up -- if you aren't satisfied with the choices, at the bottom of the dialog box in yellow letters it says Add New Food. Click on that and a box comes up where you can enter the data from the nutrition label. To add more than the most basic, you'll have to click on the bottom left box, add nutritional information, and a longer list of options pops up.
Create a New Food for any supplement you want to add that is not already in the database.
Then, if you have more than one that you take daily, go to Meals (on the right column in the log see Favorites and choices Foods and Meals), click on that and then at the bottom of that list click Create a Meal. Then name the group (mine is vit/supp daily) and add each thing you take, then save.
Then every time you take that group, just click on meals and add to your daily log.
I'm using Premium so at the end of the week I can track more data. Since a couple of the things I take, the fish oil and a GLA product, have calories and fat, I would also track them without Premium as that would affect my daily totals. Otherwise, unless you just want a record for yourself that you took your vitamins that day, it may not be helpful to add in what you're taking to your daily log, as it only shows the basics, no vitamins or minerals.
Sorry for the length of this. You may get many other (easier!!) suggestions, but it took me a little experimentation to see how it all best worked for me, and I just thought I'd offer it as a possible solution.
Best of luck to you!!
