Do you wear your Fitbit at work?

OK, I assume what you’re really interested in is the energy expenditure that occurs during your workday, not your step count or kilometers walked. If so, have a look at the Compendium of Physical Activities, pick up an activity you think best matches the effort level involved in your work and use it to calculate the total amount of calories burned during your workday.
Are you prevented from wearing your Fitbit because it’s a wristband, or because it’s an electronic device? Fitbit One (worn clipped on your waist, or in your pocket) was quite good at estimating calories, despite lacking HR monitoring capabilities. Some more recent Fitbits (e.g. Flex2, if memory serves) can be worn around your neck.

There are cheap step counters you can buy that clip onto a pocket or on your waist. Our company used to give them out for company walking challenges every yr.
Fitbit might even sell them. I dunno. Go to sport chek. They carry tons of brands.

That's good to know I will look into that. Yes can't wear it cause it's a wrist band. By the way I went 1600 over my calorie intake today for some reason I'm hungry as can't be eating enough. But like I said previously I have been over by more than that and not put on weight why is that just curious. Is it because of all my excercise I do which is alot. I'm really conscious of puting on weight. But today was hungry as. Tomorrow I'm 1400 under my calorie intake

Fitbit carries a Zip which can be clipped to your belt or waist band or even worn in a pocket.

I would look into the New Inspire with the clip option Its pretty much like the one. I love mine! But I loved the one as well.
EDIT
FYI the HR model will not fit in the clip so if you decide on this it must be the plain model

@Yakker04 my wife cannot wear her Charge 2 at work for exactly the same reason so she wears it on her ankle using third-party magnetic strap ( easy to adjust and more comfortable ).
