Hello
I walked about 45 mins yesterday , a brisk but not fast walk in the woods .
Fitbit's autotracker says i burned 380 calories ?
Is that even possible with just a walk ?

Hi @MK9865 Yes it is, depending on your size and weight. It sounds pretty realistic.

It is possible for sure. The loose rule is about 15 minutes for 100 calories is average for moderate activity. Of course it goes up and down based on size, fitness and the actual level of moderate activity. If it is overestimated, it isn't by much. I do find that the walking calories are the most "accurate" on fitbit. It is the higher intensity workouts that get a little wonky.
