I've just added walking around the block twice a day to my routine. Walking in the dark is so invigorating!

I lost over 50 lbs. power walking every day.

 

Now I can't get my heart rate up enough walking so I've taken up jogging.

I have shin splints in my legs so I can't jog or run! Smiley Sad

That's great. But make sure you wear reflective clothing or one of those clip-on lights. There are also walking hand weights with lights that might be good.
