What is one fun Activity you love doing during the week to be active?
I enjoy after a long day during the week to go home and at night just walk around the neighborhood and unwind after a busy day

After a long day I love to go swimming. We've been blessed that we have our own inground pool, however with all the rain lately its been too cold to swim in.

To relax, I walk the dog.
To exercise, I run.
To invigorate, I swim in the sea.

I am really shy and not super social. I run by myself 5-6 days a week and like the solitude but the most fun is my biggest risk at being uncomfortable. The most fun I have is HIIT training once a week in the park with Herbalife coaches. I am totally out of my comfort zone socially and physically but it feels...exhilarating. They are super nice and kind and modify everything so I can try to keep up.

After a long busy day, I prefer to be on the couch cuddling my daughter. But if I want to be active, I would be in my garden doing some thing. It might be either a walking or weeding...

DC has free outdoor fitness classes, so I started taking the barre (really more of a ballet aesthetic) class on Wednesdays to be active. It kicks my butt, but it's usually fun. I'm trying to think of other things to do to stay active (there's a Pilates class Thursdays I'm considering taking).

Running if I have time. If not walking around the neighborhood is always nice. Also, we have great bike trails around our town!

I second that. My wife and I will go for a one mile walk several times a week and go for a 10 mile bike ride 2-3 times a week.
