Fitbit is step based. This looks like its weights. It should be Manually logged as Fitbit will not pick it up

Use the following entries in Fitbit's database depending on how you use it. When you manually Log an activity.

Weights - heavy for you 5-15 reps per set, with 1-3 min rest between sets, then move on to next lift.

Circuit training - 15 or more reps per lift, 1 min or less rest, move on to next lift, doing 2-4 circuits.

Would the Total Gym be considered circuit training ? It's more resistance but that's not an option either. Thanks for your input

Depends on how you use it.

You could use it to match either of my descriptions, that's why I included both.

Not too many variables, how many reps and how much rest between sets?

Chuck on the commercials is using it like circuit training, but for my mom it's heavy lifting.
