Hi guys! I love running and try to keep a healthy life by working out but the exercises that I hate the most are for legs. I know that exercising our legs is very important but they give a lot of pain ha ha ha. I don't skip leg day of my routines by I hate it when the time comes ha ha ha.
What is the type of exercises that you don't like to do but you do anyways?

Push-ups! I really don't like them. I don't mind using dumbbells and doing things like a chest press, but push-ups on the ground are just tough to me.
I also hate burpees!

I don't like any exercise where I must track rep[etition]s, though I do some knee & ankle rehab that way.
For me, cycling for distance gave me aerobics AND strength (lower body).
I am hoping that the arm bike ["cranking"] will do the same for my upper body. (Both impact the waist.)

Stretching. Especially static stretching, probably because it's really boring although necessary.

Running. And mostly I don't "do it anyway," but I feel kind of like a wimp that I don't. I don't have any particular running aspirations, but I think it is an important part of fitness, and that it has a role in maintaining bone density as I get older. I do walk and hike a lot and in order to keep my speed up to around 4 mph in those activities I wind up with some intermittent jogging, so I kind of run :-).
