It's discipline, not motivation. Every food choice, the choice to either sit on the couch or go for run, to have a salad instead of pizza, etc. It's consistent changes over time that lead to long-term, positive lifestyle changes.
nickjonson: Are you happy with yourself? If not get off your **ahem**! Diets will never work. Diets are a negative. Exercise and activity are positives. It's all about calories in and calories out. Why did you purchase a Fitbit? Wearing a Frbit will not burn calories. It takes an excess of 3500 calories to put on a pound of weight and an excess of 3500 calories to lose a pound. If you are looking for an easy way to lose weight without sweating good luck, because it's not been invented yet. You behaviors allowed to to put on your weight, your behaviors will assist you in taking off the weight. It's time to take responsibility for your actions and in-actions. If you are looking for some one to enable your woes me behavior, I'm not that person. Again, get off your **ahem**!
