bounts not updating

anyone else not getting credited/points to their bounts account?

I dont know how it works. But I dont see it listed under app here on Fitbit

So you might want to take it up with Bounts

Sometimes its the little things that can make a big difference. That's why we created bounts.

We've made it free for everyone to use and simple to collect points that become rewards. All you need to do is connect your fitness tracking app or gym membership and away you go. More activity means more points.

 

There are rewards in our shop from big retailers and local speciality shops and cafes. A coffee from your local cafe might cost you 250 points or a £5 voucher from Sainsburys might be 500 points. You get points for every tracked activity so it doesn't take long.

link fitbit to bounts, and you get points for doing 7000+ steps every day that you can then spend

 

everyone should link their fitbit account to bounts, might as well, they have a free account, when you have enough points you can exchange them for say tesco/amazon vouchers etc

 

I've gotten £12 PC World vouchers, should have gotten Tesco vouchers....

My bounts updates but it reads day in UK time so if I show 7k on my fitbit but it's not correct in the time zones it won't work.

You have to make sure you're go in and click sync every few days, at least once a week I think. I have missed quite a few days because I forgot.

@SunsetRunner In this case, I recommend to follow @WendyB's tip to check with Bounts if they are encountering any connection issues and/or you may need to link and unlink your accounts.

Yes, I did, which was a nice surprise but I also missed out a number of my Strava points in last few days.
