@amisue  Here is a site I've used - click to see  You might find something close.

Which Fitbit did you get?

Here's the full-blown database that most of the sites including Fitbit start with. They all decide to leave some out.

Those METS listed means that number x your resting calorie burn per min x minutes of exercise.

Use your daily graph of calorie burn per 5 min, divide by 5 to get per min calorie burn.

METS given x calorie burn/min x minutes = total calorie burn.

To be honest, you don't. There isn't going to be way to accurately calculate everything you do. A HRM (heart rate monitor) will make an estimate based on your heart rate over the course of steady cardio, like running or cycling, but cannot calculate weightlifting (because the calorie burn is unrelated to the speed of the heart, because that's not the goal.) If you repeatedly lifted heavy items for an hour, without rest, you'd burn more than someone who lifted some light items twice, with frequent rest and snacks, but no device can really tell what you're doing. You could have worked hard lifting but not raised the heart rate, or frequently moved and logged steps but without doing anything strenuous.

When I do workouts (strength training)I would give them a small number - 90, to begin with. It was a vague estimate. I logged calories in and estimated calories out, then looked at the weight loss. When I lost too fast I knew I was burning more than I was logging (rather than eating less than I was logging), so I rejigged the workout estimate to 150. Then 200. The numbers would then match up nicely for a while, but would need re-estimating when my loss sped up again.

In your shoes I wouldn't log it at all. If you're trying to lose weight, carry on as normal, if you're not, have a snack and move on.

I like to keep things simple. I use this web site if I don't find what I want at fitbit.com:
