I donn't do the curves workouts but i found a link for you that if you enter your weight and the amount of time spent doing a curves workout it will tell you how many calories you have burned.

Curve calories burned link: http://www.sparkpeople.com/resource/calories_burned.asp?exercise=151

If you repeat the workout I would just create a new activity and give it name that you will rmember "Curve workout 1 or circuit 20min". The other option would be to search for "Weight lifting (free, nautilus or universal-type), light or moderate effort, light workout, general" in the search field. either way I would manually enter the number of calories in the activity log (this would only need to be done once if you create a custom activity).

Hope this helps
