Hi @cymills. Are you doing outdoor walking and biking or are you using an indoor treadmill and spin bike?

Thank you for responding, Heather. I am walking and biking, outside. Do you know how I can get the distance to show?

I think it will show you the distance. On the app, go to your Account, then to Customize Display. From there you can select Distance. Good luck!

Thank you. Unfortunately, I could not see the customize display option. I utilized the live chat option. A suggestion was provided. Hopefully it will work. I will not know until I go out on my bike again...perhaps tomorrow. Thanks again.

@cymills What Fitbit device are you using?

I don’t know if you found this, but you have to press exercise on your watch then press bike or jog whatever you are doing. The gps tracks you then and you get a map with distance heart rate fastest slowest.

@cymills If you rely on “SmartTrack” which automatically detects and records your activities you will not get distance as a statistic. That is how Fitbit chose to design the tracking.
If you would like to have your distance recorded you must manually start and stop your exercise using the app on your Fitbit device, as @Jaglenn says.
I hope this helps!
